Q: Why krak is not working in my server?

A: Make sure the bot is online. If the bot is online & is not working, make sure that the bot has SEND_MESSAGES permission. Still not working? Check the support channel in our Support Server!

Q: Why I can't see any slash commands from Krak?

A: Make sure the bot is online. If the bot is online and you can't see any slash commands, make sure that the link you invited the bot had the permission to register slash commands. Still not working? Please make sure that the bot is in the server up to 30 minutes.

Q: Can I change the default prefix from Krak?

A: Sadly, no. Krak is a bot with slash commands and we don't have so many commands with the default prefix. Now we don't have any plan add a custom prefix system, but if we create more commands with prefix maybe we add one!
